Hello, my name is Tracy Spain and I have been in the travel industry since 1985 and with Ellison travel since 2000. My travels have taken me throughout much of Europe, The Caribbean , North & South America. I have cruised with several of the major cruise lines and taken many cruise courses so have acheived the rank of "Accredited Cruise Counselor" with CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association).

One of my favourite destinations is Scotland and Ireland. Both countries are absolutely beautiful and the people are so friendly. Lots of golf courses, history, architecture and art to take in. Also, I cruised through Alaska's Inside Passage. If you are a nature lover, this will be your trip of a lifetime - the scenery is breathtaking and the wildlife abundant!

Grand Palladium and Chichen Itza, Mayan Riviera, Mexico:
"If you're looking for white sandy beaches, a little wildlife (crocodiles and flamingos), lovely pools, great bars, a comfortable ad well-kept room as well as excellent restaurants, then this is the resort for you. The beach and pool areas were picture perfect - with both quiet and active areas, they appeal to those who look for peace and quiet and those who enjoy participating in activities. The four � la carte restaurants and three buffets offered superb variety, making it impossible not to find something to like.
We also had the chance to experience the famous Chichen Itza tour. This tour was amazing. However be aware it includes 6 hours in total in a bus being out in 30 degree heat for 2-3 hours with little shade. You must go there to see it at least once in your lifetime and experience this marvelous place for yourself.
For a great winter vacation, it is a safe bet to to to the Mayan Riviera and the Grand Palladium Kantenah. I would also recommend using Carlson Wagonlit Ellison Travel as they helped us understand our optiones, the costs involved and what we could expect, then made it very easy to book and get excited about our vacation. From booking with Carlson Wagonlit Ellison Travel and Tracy to our final day there, this was a fabulous vacation experience."
