My name is Shane-a Hooper and I am pleased to recently join the Carlson Wagonlit Ellison Travel team.

After graduating from Fanshawe College in 1992, I began my journey in this exceptional industry. My travels throughout my career have taken me to the East and West Coast of both Canada and the U.S. I have experienced the benefits of organized group travel having been on both a Contiki Tour and a Trafalgar Tour. I have visited England, France, Switzerland, Belgium, and Germany and have had the pleasure of riding a cable car to the top of Mt. Pilatus in Switzerland, viewing my favourite European city, Paris, from the top of Scare Coeur at sunset and experienced chocolate making first hand in Belgium!

Having received my certification as a Sandals Specialist (Lifetime Member) as well as a graduate of the Walt Disney College of Knowledge, I can offer great suggestions for adult and family travel. I have travelled extensively throughout the Caribbean and Mexico and cite Cuba as my favourite Caribbean destination! Our family has recently returned from a fun-filled week at the beautiful, new Melia Las Dunas in Cayo Santa Maria! I have cruised on Princess Cruise Lines and Carnival Cruise Lines and have completed specialist training for both Holland America and Norwegian Cruise Lines.

I am well versed in both Corporate and Leisure Travel and continue to upgrade my knowledge in both these areas. Over the past year, I have had extensive training in the meeting & incentive market. I find this area of the industry becoming more popular with both large and small companies.
