Torremolinos is a well developed tourist destination. This town is great for a lively, fun-filled holiday. You will find lots of excellent shopping opportunities, a wide array of restaurants and cafes, and an exciting nightlife.
Benalmadena is located about 8 minutes west of Torremolinos on the seafront. It is a popular cosmopolitan tourist area that offers a wide selection of shops, bars, restaurants, golf and discos. There is also some charming Andalusian towns with picturesque settings close by (10 min. drive away from seaport).
Fuengirola is a beachfront Andalusian town with an outstanding variety of restaurants and entertainment facilities. There are also some pretty gardens and tree-shaded squares. The ruins of a 10th century castle are on the outskirts of the town.
Mijas is famous for its spectacular setting on the side of a mountain overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. This town is one of the regions best-preserved examples of a traditional Andalusian village. Its steep narrow streets are bordered by brilliant white-washed houses and centre on the village plaza.
