Jim Chapman retired from his career as a teacher and educator. Besides personal travel and travel for charitable groups he and his wife Dorothy act as tours managers and hosts on a part-time basis for Ellison Travel & Tours. Jim believes that good research, going the "extra-mile" for clients, solid planning and a strong sense of humour are the key factors for successful tours.

He says, "Each trip/tour should be a good balance of learning, relaxing,
culturally stimulating, and fun events. By working closely with the tour
planners we try to provide a value trip that is custom designed to produce
client satisfaction."
