My hobbies include music, photography, and gardening, but travel has been a lifelong passion. Throughout my 31 year career as a teacher and principal, I organized many class trips to various Ontario locations. A year spent on educational exchange in southern England (Oxford), allowed my family to travel extensively throughout Great Britain, and Western Europe. In addition, I took my class to the Isle of Wight for a week. As manager of a local children's choir, I worked with Ellison Travel to arrange trips to Montreal and London, England for International Music Festivals. Personal vacations have included various destinations in Japan, England, Scotland, Wales, France, Italy, Austria, Hungary, the Caribbean, in addition to extensive travel in Canada and the United States. Travel highlights such as the beauty of the Sistine Chapel, exploration of Pompeii in the shadow of Mount Vesuvius, breathtaking vistas from mountain trails in Austria, the magnificent view of Mt. Fuji from the bullet train, and the glorious music of the Carol service at Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford, certainly leave lasting impressions!

My experience has proven that careful planning and attention to detail will enhance any travel itinerary, allowing the participants to get the most from their trip.
