I am in my present situation as an Ellison Tour Manager, because of my wife. Mary has worked for Ellison Travel for the last twenty-five years. The last eight years have been from our home office. In assisting Mary, I have learned what is involved in preparing a successful trip.

In this time, Mary and I have hosted numerous music groups to Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Belgium, Greece, Italy, Hawaii, Austria, Monaco, France, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cuba, Venezuela, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Ireland, Province of Quebec, British Columbia and Canada's Maritime Provinces. The groups have included community choirs, adult choirs, children's choirs, adult bands, high school choirs and high school bands. My personal travels have also taken me to numerous American and Canadian cities as well as St. Kitt's, Venezuela, Fiji, Denmark, Mexico, Costa Rica, The Dominican Republic, Portugal and the former Yugosolavia.

In taking these tours, I have become aware of the needs and logistics of music groups. My experience allows the group to focus on its musical goals, while I try to relieve them of the travel responsibilities and decisions.

After a obtaining a degree in Civil Engineering and having a career as a teacher, it is now my pleasure to share my love of travel with Ellison groups.
