Carlson Wagonlit Ellison Travel and Tours opened in 1980 with two staff. Today we have two offices with over 35 full and part-time staff.

Our four departments - Corporate, Vacation, Conference Management and Group - take pride in working together to provide a full range of services to our customers. We offer great travel products at fair market value.

  • Venue Selection
    We will appraise venues and make recommendations based on the requirements of the conference, in order to locate the best venue for your conference.
  • Personal Conference Manager
    Every conference is assigned a Personal Conference Manager so that continuity from being to end is achieved and you always know who you are dealing with.
  • On Site Conference Management
    As part of our full conference management package on site day to day assistance is offered regardless of the size of your event whether it be 50 or 500 delegates, we will be there.
  • Budgeting
    The one area of a conference you cannot afford to get wrong. We are experts in preparing conference budgets and know all those small items that must be included so you have a profitable conference.
  • Registration
    We are able to supply the registration format you require. We will design the forms or WebPages in accordance with your requirements and see that all registrations are acknowledged and processed.
  • Accommodation
    From selection of the hotels and negotiation of rates to the allocation of rooms and liaison with the hotel, we take care of it all.
  • Destination Management
    Pre and post conference tours are a good way to attract delegates to an event; our tour department can custom design special interest tours for your conference, not to mention the partner programs.
  • Travel Arrangements
    Getting your delegates to and from the conference can be a problem. Our travel department are experts in moving people world-wide. We will assign a Travel Professional to personally handle your account.
  • Promotion
    We will assist in promoting your conference world-wide if required. With our in house marketing department we are able to produce promotional material, as you require it.
  • Translation
    Our Conference Management Team has translators on staff who can assist in many languages including French.
