Day 4 – Bryce Canyon National Park ~ Eons of wind and rain sculpted this sandstone environment into a maze of spires and arches. ~ Tour Bryce Canyon by coach, stopping for short hikes and stunning views. ~ overnight in a hotel Day 5 – Zion National Park ~ A wonderland of red sandstone buttes, domes and sheer canyon walls makes the name Zion, or “the heavenly city of God,” appropriate to this park. ~ Explore the park on a scenic drive following the winding Virgin River with frequent stops along the way. ~ Back on board the train, traverse the moonlit deserts of Nevada, California and Arizona. Day 6 – Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona ~ Spend the morning at the South Rim, where nearly a mile below, the Colorado River winds through the Grand Canyon. ~ Return to the train and enjoy a special farewell dinner before your last overnight on board.
