Aberdeen International Youth Festival July 27 - August 6, 2011 August 1 - 11, 2012 This unique youth festival celebrates its 37th anniversary in 2009 and welcomes up to 1000 young performers and students from around the world every year. It includes over 70 events during a two week period and annually welcomes some of the world's finest youth orchestras (chamber/symphony), jazz and wind bands, choirs, all forms of dance groups (ballet, contemporary, jazz, folk), world music and theatre companies. |
