Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod
July 6 - 11, 2010

For several days each July the little town of Llangollen, set amid the rolling hills of North Wales draws choirs from around the world to its Eisteddfod, one of the year's leading competitive music festivals. Participants from nearly 50 countries gather together to share their love of music.

PREVIOUS COMMENTS
Pat Stewart attended this Festival with York Region Children's Chorus in July 2000 and was impressed with the friendly, relaxed atmosphere of all the volunteers working at the Eisteddfod. The performance standards are extremely high making this Festival a great honour just to be chosen to participate.
